Proud to have partnered with my father, Marco Salvino Sr., and developer/entrepreneur Mike Lally on an exciting waterfront project. We located an open lot on prime Dania Beach property and transformed it into a fully approved, buildable community.

✅ Secured 10 lots through zoning advocacy
✅ Coordinated civil site plans for water, electric, and fire infrastructure
✅ Worked closely with the city for site plan approvals
✅ Designed buildable plans for lots and partnered with top general contractors
✅ Completed and sold the project to investors upon full build readiness
